1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • During high-demand periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-8 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (additional charges apply).
  • Local Pickup (if applicable): Available for customers in the Chicago area by appointment.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 for all U.S. orders under $50.
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $50 (U.S. only).
  • Expedited shipping: $15.00

4. Delivery Coverage

  • Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.

5. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. However, if you encounter issues, contact us at lroque@selouinc.com and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
