1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- During high-demand periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing may take up to 3-5 business days.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-8 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (additional charges apply).
- Local Pickup (if applicable): Available for customers in the Chicago area by appointment.
3. Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 for all U.S. orders under $50.
- Free Shipping: On orders over $50 (U.S. only).
- Expedited shipping: $15.00
4. Delivery Coverage
- Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. However, if you encounter issues, contact us at lroque@selouinc.com and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
7. Returns and Exchanges
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
